2.Payment options

USA International ― 10–21 days;
Europe ― 8–10 days;

Canada ― 10–21 days (if you want to order our goods to Canada, please, contact our consultant in the first place). - Tracking an order
After your payment is made, your order details will be forwarded to the shipping department, and as soon as the tracking number becomes available, it will be promptly sent to you by our customer support team. Please note that this process may take some time. - Returns and compensation
We can return your money only if your order has not been sent yet. Also, we will reship the order, if it is stuck at customs or has been lost somewhere by a postal service. Compensation for damaged goods is discussed with a client on an individual basis only. - Shipping fees
A delivery fee is fixed and equals $25 for all the orders. - Bulk orders
